SELLING POLICIES

1.  Prices and or availability may change at any time!!  Prices on this website supercede any others on any other websites or ads.

2.  Deposit required to hold horses/ponies is $200 and NON REFUNDABLE

3.  We CAN NOT "hold" a pony without a deposit.

4.  First come first serve, if you dont have a deposit to hold it, at anytime someone else may buy the pony.

5.  Payments can be made after deposit is received, MUST BE PAID IN FULL BEFORE LEAVING HERE.

6.   *At the cost to me* Coggins and Health Papers will be provided (USA ONLY ON HEALTH PAPERS).  NO charges to the buyer will be incurred for them NO MATTER what the cost of the pony!!!!  Any vet charges will be responsibility of the buyer after purchase (deposit) of the pony.

7.  Two weeks free board is given to help allow transportation arrangements.  Board is charged at $2 per day pasture, $3 per day outside pen, or $5 per day stall unless other arrangements are made between buyer and seller.  EXCEPTION, foals NOT WEANED ARE NOT CHARGED BOARD as long as they are with their mothers.  After weaning board can be charged.

8.  I can take credit cards for payment thru paypal.com for most ponies.  Deposit thru paypal no extra charges, if paying for the balance of the pony, 3% will be added to pay for fees paypal charges to accept money.

I hate to be like this.  The internet is a great tool to buy and or sell, but you can not tell about people and this way people know what to expect from me.  These are a few guidlines that are set here up front so there are no misunderstandings if I forget to mention it in email on the phone, etc.  If you have a question about any of them, please let me know.  I am pretty easy to work with, let me know what you need or would like to do, and we can see what we can do!!!

COMFERTS BEST DRESSED LULU   SALE PENDING

Lulu is sired by Best Dressed Man x Masters Painted Black Magic.  She is a sabino 2006 mare, extremely sweet and fun to own. She had been started under saddle and did great. She is EXTREMELY sweet and easy going, loves the kids and EASY to catch, comes when called.  Lulu has also been exposed back to HOF foundation ASPC stallion, Dynamics Classical Ringo Starr.  I have kept back a few Wyatt daughters and so every now and then some have to go.  There is nothing wrong with Lulu and she is much loved here.  Her 2010 filly, Comferts Gunna Make a Mark, is also offered for sale or can be packaged with Lulu.

Santee Super Carbine

OFFERED FOR SALE, $2000 BROKE TO RIDE, JUMPS UNDER SADDLE AND HAS BEEN SHOWN IN JUMPING.  VIDEOS AVAILABLE.  HAS BEEN ON TRAIL RIDES, SWAM IN THE RIVER, UP AND DOWN HILLS, ETC.  WALK TROT CANTERS.  He is still green and would need to be finished.  Nice pretty gelding and is 14 hands tall.  Gentle and easy going.

"Shotgun" is a nicely built and balanced, 2002 black w/snowflakes/roaning gelding.  He is sired by His Fancy Carbine (winner of yearling colt class, Jr Champion Stallion, & Res Grand Champion Stallion in 1997 at the International Show).  His dam is Santee Super Flicka.  Shotgun was a stallion until 2008 and has a few foals on the ground for his previous owner.  He is now in riding training with Jan Davis of J & J Training Stables and is doing super.  He is a cute mover and is a nice 14 hands tall.  Pictured Dec 2008.  MORE PICTURES TO COME SOON.

PATTIS BLESSED "E" VENT 

DAUGHTER OF BAR-G'S ROCK E PILOT LITE!  This nice bay 2008 filly is out of Pilot Lite (HOF, HOF AND NATIONAL CHAMPION PRODUCER) and Minnie Mouse Too (HOF producer, National Top 10 producer with only one foal shown).  She is a show filly, halter broke and pretty easy to work with. She has fire for the show ring but is not a "dangerous" animal.  Limited messing with, is halter broke, and does tie, trailer, has been clipped on. Just needs some work with every day stuff such as picking up feet, etc.  She is a SHOW PONY and is now offered for sale for $800.  No room on the trailer to show her the next year or two, and we hate to see her stand around in the pasture.  She is CLASSIC in type, may qualify for foundation, but would have to be checked.  PICTURED PASTURE CONDITION SEPT 2009

COMFERTS JUSTA BAY,  "Justin"

Bay classic GELDING, Justin born on 4/23/09.  He is sired by P.C. Jett Cadet x P.C. Sunrise Bay-Lea.  He is a cute, friendly guy who likes to be scratched and should mature about 42-44" tall and would make a great kids pony.  He is just a yearling, so not quite ready for the smaller children to handle him, but is fine with my 9 year old petting, and brushing him.  He is what I look for when looking for childrens prospects.  He has a cute personality.  BARGAIN PRICED AT $250, THE GELDING COST ALONE WAS OVER $100.  He leads, ties, has been trailered.  I clipped his head/neck just recently for the first time.  After the initial shock of hearing the clippers turn on, he allowed me to do a full head/neck clip with no twitch, no drugs including his ears. Pattis Best Dressed Diva  ASPC 158397

OFFERED FOR SALE, $950.  "Dee" is a 2008, ASPC black/white filly by B&L's Rock "E" Best Dressed Man x Masters Painted Petunia 2000.  She is a very nice, correct filly who started her show career in 2009 as a foundation, and has 1 Grand and 17 HOF points with limited showing and with stiff competition. She is very easy to work with, SUPER sweet and loving, will make a SUPER youth or amateur mare but can also compete in the open division. SUPER easy to bath, clip, great for farrier, vet.  My 8 year old daughter is usually the one who bathes this filly for shows, works her in the roundpen, and has been showing her some in youth, etc.  Dee is in the futurity and is as nice as they come. SUPER QUIET ABOUT BEING SADDLED AND GROUND DRIVEN, SHE WILL MAKE THE NICEST RIDING PONY!  WE WILL BEGIN HER RIDING TRAINING SOON AND PRICE WILL GO UP.

 Pattis Pretty Penny

Owned by Patti King of Pattisponies and Courtney Comfert and now offered for sale!  Penny was born on 3/2/2009, she is a bay minimal sabino filly sired by Best Dressed Man.  She is an adorable bay sabino with very nice chrome.   Penny is sustained in the classic futurity, is a cute mover and is very friendly.  She is halter broke, trailer, ties, has been handled and is very sweet, likes the kids.  She has not been doing anything else except being out in the pasture. She would make a nice little show mare and later broodmare or youth show pony.  Her dam is Lee-Land Supreme Chassis by Supreme Surprise.  "Brandy" is a youth show mare who is broke to ride and drive and was shown by my daughter Courtney in 08.  Currently priced at $800 but offers will be considered only at this time.  I will get new pictures of Penny as soon as I can.

BAR Z'S PRETTY WOMAN

SOLD!!!  ASPC 158445.  "Julia" is a cute bay filly by CHIEFTAN WAH (double bred KILBRO'S WILLIE DOO, HOF) x SINGLE G'S SWEET SURPRISE 43.00" (HOF).   Julia is a cute fancy moving filly, lots of attitude.  She is refined and petite, I really like this filly and had planned to use her with Wyatt, but I am having trouble picking who stays and who goes, so she is on the list for now.  She is looking really good,  she has a nice topline nice neck. She can also trot.
